Have you ever given up on a dream or desire because you did not believe that you could achieve it?
I listened to that LOUD little voice inside my head.
You can't do it. You're not good enough. You will fail. I'm not smart enough.
That damn voice mocks you when you set a goal or have a dream. It shatters your confidence. Messes with your mind and swipes the joy from your heart.
That's your little voice's M.O. Its goal is to riddle you with fear and strip you of your confidence and belief in yourself.
Deep down, you know you shouldn't but into the little voice, but it can find its way into conciseness, wreaks its havoc and is downright dangerous.
Left alone and on the loose, self-doubt will lead you to become overly cautious and will keep you from living the life you want and deserve.
So, what can you do?
✅Acknowledge and embrace your self-doubt. Realize you will make mistakes during your journey, and that's okay. You are human by the way.
✅Understand your self-doubts are not the truth. Challenge your self-doubt, question it, talk it through.
✅Look at the things you have accomplished in the past, despite your self-doubt.
✅Talk to someone about your self-doubt. Say your doubts out loud. Speaking with someone supportive can bring them into perspective.
